Analisis Penurunan Penjualan Dodol pada UMKM di Bojong Gede Kabupaten Bogor

Dodol is one of the many products produced by MSMEs in Bogor district, which Hj. Muhaya. For several years, especially due to Covid-19 pandemic, sales turnover has decreased. In addition, process rolling still uses manual method, so takes a long time and shape not uniform. This research aims design strategy using Blue Ocean Strategy approach with four-step framework analysis. Based on results study, it was found that create factor most widely used, namely creating latest brand packaging stickers consumers were more interested expected increase Dodol.
